Make your next brief a better one.
A few practical habits for more useful drafts and a more confident review.
Open your studioStart with one message
Write the main idea in a single sentence. Add who it is for, why it matters and the action you want a reader to consider. Keep unsupported promises out of the brief.
Give the agent facts, not guesses
Add specific brand statements and their sources in the Brand area. Check each statement before approving it. Review or revoke facts when they are no longer accurate.
Read the draft as your audience would
Check the opening, clarity, tone and length. Make sure claims match your sources and that the destination is the profile you intended.
Review again after a change
Text, destination and date all matter. Save edits as a new revision and approve the version that will actually be used. The current studio keeps all content inside the workspace.
Your approval comes first.
Review every version. Editing an approved draft asks for your approval again.
